    Shipping Locations

    Poplar Bluff Organics currently ships within Alberta only. Shipping to remote, rural, or less urban areas might not be available. For special orders or shipping questions, please contact us at orders@poplarblufforganics.com

     

    Shipping Cost

    We charge a flat rate of $20 per order for most Alberta deliveries. Some remote or rural locations may be unavailable or require custom pricing. If this applies, we will contact you before shipping.

    We periodically review our shipping rates as we grow. Shipping promotions or free-shipping offers may be introduced in the future.

     

    Order Processing Time

    Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
    Orders are processed Monday–Friday only. We do not process or ship on weekends or statutory holidays.

    Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will begin processing the following business week.

     

    Delivery Time

    Estimated total time from order placement to delivery is typically up to two weeks, depending on:

    • Your location within Alberta
    • Courier transit times
    • Weather conditions
    • Seasonal volume

    These timelines are our best estimates only and are not guaranteed.

     

    Product Storage Upon Delivery

    Poplar Bluff Organics Juice does not require refrigeration, but we recommend refrigerating upon arrival to keep it at peak freshness.

     

    Do not allow the product to freeze. Please ensure your delivery location is suitable for food products during cold weather. Poplar Bluff Organics is not responsible for product issues resulting from freezing after delivery.

     

    Delivery Instructions

    • No signature is required for most residential deliveries
    • Packages may be left at your door
    • Apartment/condo deliveries require buzzer access
    • Couriers cannot leave packages outside secured apartment buildings

    Please include unit number, buzzer code, and phone number to avoid delays.

     

    PO Boxes

    We recommend using a street address instead of a PO Box. Orders shipped to PO Boxes cannot be couriered and:

    • must be routed through Canada Post, causing delays
    • require additional transit time

     

    Tracking

    Tracking may not always be automatically provided. If you would like tracking information, please email: orders@poplarblufforganics.com

     

    Multiple Packs / Packaging

    To reduce packaging waste, orders may be consolidated. For example, two 6-packs may be shipped in one case.

     

    Delivery Address Accuracy

    Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including:

    • Street address
    • Postal code
    • Apartment/unit number
    • Buzzer (if applicable)
    • Contact phone number

     

    Poplar Bluff Organics is not responsible for:

    • Delays due to incorrect addresses
    • Lost packages due to address errors
    • Additional shipping charges resulting from address corrections

     

    Order Changes & Cancellations

    We begin processing orders quickly and may not be able to make changes once an order is placed.

    To request a change or cancellation, email orders@poplarblufforganics.com as soon as possible.

    Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
