Returns, Refunds, and Damages
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your order arrives damaged, frozen, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at orders@poplarblufforganics.com.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging, so we can review the issue and make it right.
Refund Eligibility
Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds are issued only for items that arrive damaged, frozen, spoiled, or incorrect. Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
We do not accept returns and are unable to issue refunds for change of mind, taste preference, or products that were stored or handled improperly after delivery.
If your claim is approved, we may provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at orders@poplarblufforganics.com.

Orders are currently shipped within Alberta, Canada only.
